4 Account Suspension or Termination
abc44 may suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:

- Participation in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Exploiting software or technical errors.
- Abusing the bonus system or placing bets with the intent to exploit it.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
5 Deposits
Three mobile banking methods are currently available for depositing funds on abc44: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- You must use your own registered mobile banking account when making a deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be considered void.
- abc44 is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical reasons, but will endeavour to resolve them as quickly as possible.
6 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from abc44:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- abc44 reserves the right to keep a withdrawal under review in cases of suspicious activity.
7 Currency & Taxes
All transactions on abc44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any taxes or duties applicable on winnings are the responsibility of the user. abc44 does not bear any tax-related liability on behalf of users.
Bonuses & Promotions
8 Welcome Bonus
New members on abc44 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳26,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳41,000.
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳15,000 regardless of how large the deposit is.
9 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25 times.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. However, the original deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time, though the bonus will then be considered void.
10 Bonus Abuse Policy
abc44 strictly prohibits the abuse of the bonus system. The following activities will be considered abuse:
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Betting with minimal-risk strategies to fulfil wagering requirements.
- Attempting to withdraw immediately after claiming a bonus.
If abuse is found, abc44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. abc44's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.
VIP Program & Gameplay
11 VIP Membership
abc44's VIP program has 5 tiers, and members are automatically promoted to higher tiers through regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
VIP cashback is calculated based on net losses each week and is credited directly to the account. abc44 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.
12 Gameplay & Fair Play Policy
All games on abc44 are operated through reputable third-party game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.
